The Terminator franchise is to return much sooner than expected, with a 3D animated feature based on the existing characters and storyline. Hannover House and Red Bear Entertainment are teaming for the $70 million project, and will aim at a PG-13 audience. Story details are still under wraps, but production is due to start in January 2011.
