Major players within the industry were invited to take part in Creative Skillset’s first survey in February, and results have revealed that investment needs and training are the priorities for film employers. Funding and future training needs, along with investment opportunities and company development, are predominant concerns
Following this success, Creative Skillset will roll out the triannual survey in June, and is calling for more UK employers and individuals within the industry to sign up to answer a handful of questions about their thoughts and experience. Contributors will get priority access to results.
These results will feed directly into Creative Skillset strategy planning for developing skills and talent to drive growth in the sector.
